ASSESSMENT FOR ND BUSINESS AND FINANCE YEAR 1

There will be 3 assessments altogether:

Assessment 1: WRITTEN TEST (35%) – will be conducted in the first semester

Assessment 2: INDIVIDUAL REPORT (30%) – should be done in the second semester

Assessment 3: GROUP ASSIGNMENT (REPORT AND PRESENTATION) (35%) – should be done in the second semester

2) Working in a group

 3) Managing Tasks & Problems 

4) Applying Design and IT Skills

 PEFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:

These assessments are set by the unit tutor. The purpose of these assessments are to:

1) Build confidence of the student by having the same understanding of the purpose in carrying out the task.

2) Foresee each student’s ability working in a group exchanging ideas and understanding the situation being given in a progressive timeline.

3) Provide a chance to understand the learning process, where the mistakes or lack of information being made in the report and during presentation can corrected.

4) Determine the student’s ability to present in a marketing point of view will be a basis towards grading this particular assignment.
