Describe correctly the types of organization structure being applied and able to differentiate correctly through its organizing level and activities.

1. Identify the different types of organization structure:

                b) Divisional structure

                c) Matrix structure

2. Explain the meaning of specialization.

3. Define centralization and decentralization and its implications.

4. Identify the two types of organizational level: Flat and Tall structure.
